Shamanic Breathwork for Deep Release & Alignment
90-minutes
This private breathwork session begins with a conversation to discuss current issues. Marcus will then guide you to set an intention for the session. For the majority of the session, you will be lying down on a comfortable mat and after a brief, guided meditation, music will assist you to move into deep rhythmic breathing. You will experience multiple rounds of breathing followed by guided breath holds. At the end of the session, Marcus will assist you in grounding your energy and guide you through chakra balancing. At the end of the session, there is time to voice your experience and ask questions for guidance or feedback.
