Crystal Relaxation Sound Healing

Give yourself the gift of harmony, balance, and relaxation during this magical sound bowl experience. Discover the healing power of crystal alchemy bowls and chakra crystals to restore balance, bring the body and mind into alignment and assist with clearing the unwanted so you can invite in “the new.” Experience the pure tones of the bowls that ignite your brainwaves and the harmonics that raise your vibration. Relax and let go as you allow this musical medicine to activate and awaken your soul!

Sacred Sound Activation Journey

Shine’s many skilled Sound Healers offer an ever evolving flowing fluidly, effortlessly weaving complex textures of sound and melody to evoke a meditative and transformative experience. These beautiful and unique healing journeys assist with aligning to your authentic self and feeling a deep sense of well-being. This immersive voyage may include: a guided visualization, gongs, Native flutes, Didgeridoo, Vocal Toning, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls.

Shamangelic Breathwork w/ Anahata

Anahata facilitates THE MOST PROFOUND Shamanic Breathwork Journeys. Having guided over 10,000 people through this process, she brings 22 years of Breathwork mastery to deepen your personal experience. Shamangelic Breathwork offers a deep and profound mind/body/soul healing experience. This breathwork ceremony incorporates deep breath techniques, vibrational sound, soulful music, guided visualizations, and energy healing. Through the use of Shamanic tools, crystal therapy and light body expansion techniques, you will experience a personal and sacred journey into the depths of your soul and beyond!

Sacred Vortex Land Journey w/ Anahata

During your time in the red rocks, enjoy a guided journey in the sacred vortices of Sedona in this sacred vortex land journey guided by Anahata. Make gratitude offerings and plant crystal seeds of intention. This outside journey is tailored for your group’s intentions and may include the Medicine Wheel.

Cacao & Sound Ceremony

In addition to the transformative power of music, a ritual with cacao is offered for deepening one’s experience, inviting participants to open their hearts and minds to the wisdom of the present moment. As participants sip on cacao they embark on a sensory healing journey.

Breathwork Journey

This group breathwork activation begins with an intention. For the majority of this ceremony, you will be lying down on a comfortable mat and after a guided meditation, special music will assist you to move into deep rhythmic breathing. You will experience multiple rounds of breathing. At the end of the journey, the Facilitator will assist you in grounding your energy.

Inspirational Workshops w/ Anahata

Family Constellations Workshop w/ Iara Line

This workshop is a deep introduction to Family Constellation healing/therapy and how it can be used to improve our lives. It combines interactive lessons, case studies and systemic exercises where you will be able to experience some of the benefits of Family Constellation. This is not a group or private family constellation session; however, we may do some demonstrations on how the group and private sessions work if we have enough time after the systemic exercises.

Ideal for a small group of 2-4 people. This may include Tarot or Oracle Deck Readings, Intuitive Readings, Human Design Sessions and Angel Oracle Readings. Let us know what you and your group is interested in.
