Through the transformational power of breath, Amalia will guide you on a journey deep into the body, the psyche and spirit to release blockages that have been held and stuck in the muscle memory for constant recall. She will adjust your breathing to facilitate the release of limiting beliefs that inhibit the chi flow of energy, your innate natural pleasure, ease and grace to re-establish your healthy template for an integral state of being and awareness. Amalia begins and completes the breathwork journey with dance to shake off ’stuck energy and upon completion for deeper integration.

Facilitator Bio

Amalia Camateros

Amalia was trained in Egypt with pioneer originals, Sondra Ray & Bob Mandel in 1987, undergoing daily breathwork for 30-days in the temples of Egypt. An author and Shamanic Healer, Amalia has offered breathwork to groups for over 3 decades. She begins the journey with vigorous movement and ends with a soft movement tempo followed by a sharing integration circle to embody the breathwork experience.
