About the Session
In this session, designed for full embodiment, pain relief, physical freedom and range in the body, Holly will guide you through movement exercises and hands on therapy to get you out of habitual patterns and back into your body’s natural flow state. When we are grounded in our bodies, we can navigate life with much more ease rather than struggle. Most of us go through life holding deep tensions in our bodies, both conscious and unconscious. We are often living in a reactionary state, putting great stress on all areas of our health. Holly will guide you through movement techniques and hands on therapy that will help you relax into our subtle feeling body, inviting you to flow naturally with life, deeply grounded in your body’s innate wisdom. You will learn to work with energy rather than against it, and use movement to expand rather than contract, creating a much more powerful relationship with ourselves and the world.

A licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sedona School of Massage. Holly offers a potent combination of hands on bodywork methods and movement designed to make lasting change in the body. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, connective tissue, energy work, healing and movement therapy including aspects of yoga, dance, sensual movement, primal movement and awareness. Holly’s extensive background in movement, study of the body, innate intuition and hands-on work bring together a powerful opportunity to heal and empower yourself. Holly’s assessments will address the entire person, not a singular condition, resulting in very personalized treatment designed to address your specific areas of dis-ease. Holly believes the most powerful change comes from a combination of movement and bodywork. She believes we are all healers of our own bodies and strives to empower others to heal themselves.
