Kennedy OneSelf is a musician and sound meditation facilitator who has explored the relationship between music, vibration, and consciousness since 2009.
His journey began after leaving college to pursue a deeper sense of purpose and spiritual connection. When his guitars were stolen, he received a didgeridoo as a gift that same week—an unexpected turning point that reshaped his musical path.
While Kennedy was playing the didgeridoo, a friend lifted its far end and held it over her heart. Her profound response introduced him to a new way of understanding sound and inspired a lasting dedication to exploring its meditative potential.
Since then, Kennedy has toured extensively across the country, offering sound healing meditation journeys that invite participants into stillness, reflection, and connection.
Through his engaging approach to meditation and the calming presence of live music, he offered participants opportunities to experience moments of peace and self-awareness.
