Gwen Payne
Gwen Payne grew up in Europe and moved to the US to attend Stanford University. She credits her diversity in cultural experiences as her most formative education. She is the founder of Breath is Prayer and Inspired Sedona. Gwen intuitively employs a combination of breathwork, the Passion Test, Family Constellations, hypnotherapy, Inquiry coaching, dance and yoga so that clients can explore their inner landscape. As a result of the inner deep dive, Gwen’s clients are able to step into their most authentic empowered self and choose a path that honors themselves and their purpose.
