From Ancient Wisdom to Modern Mindfulness
with Nicole Wasserman
Enjoy an incredible sound bath utilizing traditional Himalayan Singing Bowls from Nepal that resonate to each of the 7 notes on a scale, and in turn resonate with each of the 7 chakras. The bowls produce simultaneous overtones and undertones relaxing the nervous system, and create binaural beats that are infinitely soothing to the brain. Other sound healing utilized in the journey is singing, native flute, tongue drum, chimes, xylophone, tuning forks and lap harp. The vibrations strengthen the auric field and provide the nervous system with necessary calming; bringing your mind and body back to its original balanced, peaceful and harmonious state.
