About the Session

Jacquelyn teaches to each individuals needs through the practices of compassion, meditation, and the 8 Limbs of Yoga. She incorporates the lineages of Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, and Tibetan Buddhism to empower and heal her students. The breath is a strong focus in her asana classes, as well as using safe alignment, pranayama, heat building asana postures, kriyas, and meditation to bring the body and mind into sync, allowing for an opening of the subtle psychic channels, a calming of the nervous system, and a rewiring of the brain for sustainable happiness. Her meditation classes are backed by a 2,000-year-old lineage passed from teacher to student and a daily practice of meditation, service, asana, and study.

You may choose any of the following meditations for your session:

Quantum Buddhist Meditations:
Access dormant seeds in your mind from this and past lives to activate your highest goals whether it be health, good relationships, abundance, success, stress relief, concentration, wisdom, ultimate love, Enlightenment or more .
This wisdom is sourced from the Tibetan Buddhist Gelugpa lineage, and utilizes dependent origination as taught by Buddha Shakyamuni himself as well as expounded upon by Master Vasubandhu from 350ad.. as well as Maitreya the future Buddha who gave teachings to Arya Asanga in his nine year meditation retreat. 

Infinite Potential Meditations:
This meditation utilizes subtle movement, pranayama (breath) and kriya techniques to tap into your central channel where you can access your divine infinite potential. This lineage is backed from the ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha Tantra Ayurveda) lineage from her training with Alan and Sarah Finger in NYC. These meditations are seated and come with training in posture

Yoga Nidra:
A specialized meditation to take you into the hypnogogic state where you can access deep healing of the nervous system and release limiting subconscious beliefs. It is not hypnotherapy and it is not sleep but an in between state. It is said that 20 minutes of yoga Nidra is like getting 4 hours of deep sleep. This practice is great for Jet lag. Be prepared to lie down in savasana.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation:
This practice holds 4-5 poses for 7-10 minutes each and is accompanied by chakra meditations sourced from the Lady Niguma lineage. This class is accompanied by healing music to aid in relaxation and stress relief.

Yoga Asana:
The breath is a strong focus in asana classes, as well as using Ayurveda, safe alignment, pranayama, heat building asana postures, kriyas, chakra openings, and meditation to bring the body and mind into sync, allowing for an opening of the subtle psychic channels, a calming of the nervous system, and a rewiring of the brain for sustainable happiness.

Jacquelyn Autrey

Jacquelyn Autrey is here to serve you. She has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching yoga and meditation for 9 years. She received her Yoga Alliance 500 hour certification in 2014 through ISHTA Yoga (Integrated Science of Tantra, Hatha, and Ayurveda). She is a graduate of Sarva Yoga Academy and completed 18 courses from the Asian Classics Institute (A 7-year course, condensed from the 20-year Geshe Degree in Tibetan Buddhism at Sere Mey Monastery). She completed Course 1 of the Sedona College of International Management and the First Three Jewels Meditation Teacher Training in 2017.

Her teachers include: Geshe Michael Roach, John Brady & Constance Obrien, H.E. Jamyang Sakya, H.H. Sakya Trinzen, Hector Marcel, Thupten Phuntsok, Michael Hewett, Sarah Tomlinson, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Alan and Sarah Finger, Peter Ferko, and Mona Anand, who have all opened her heart to wisdom.
