With the Holidays coming up, brush up on your boundaries for a happier, healthier holiday for all. Holidays tend to get heated when the alcohol is flowing; social and political tensions are running high, combined with past unresolved emotional traumas. That’s when filters get thrown out the window and hurtful emotional daggers are passed instead of the mashed potatoes and fresh baked deserts.
Without clear boundaries, it’s typical to feel disrespected, frustrated, insecure or depleted. This can contribute to relationship conflict, emotional outbursts, loss of identity, addictive behavior and depression. In this workshop, learn how to express and maintain healthy boundaries while establishing a healthy sense of self. Learn tools for keeping your compassionate heart open and energy clear when boundaries are being challenged.
This is a must if you want to have healthy relationships in your life. Remember that YOU are the steward of your own peace and energy.
