By devoting time to ourselves, we cultivate a strong foundation from which we can give more love and care to others. This class combines guided visualization and journaling with a supportive space for sharing experiences and setting intentions. Open to all, it emphasizes that self-love is fundamental for personal evolution in various aspects of life, including prosperity, relationships, creativity, and overall health. Ultimately, the class aims to empower participants to attain long-term self-care goals, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life; as we celebrate the change of season, welcoming, abundance of all kinds, graciously.

Due to the expenses associated with the meeting space, materials and staff resources on behalf of each participant, a 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Full payment is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made within 48-hours of the event/session start time.
