Come to experience a connected, potent, reverent, and playful dance container. We will open at 5:05 with a special Fall cacao meditation followed by a beautiful ecstatic dance. Please arrive by 5pm if you want to partake to the cacao circle.

The guided cacao meditation is created as a sacred space to fully arrive in our hearts and to tune into self deeply before expressing our essence, knots, dreams or whatever is present, in our dance.

For this Dance Medicine, the Guatemalan cacao for opening meditation will be prepared with locally gathered, washed, prayed to, solar dried and powdered mesquite pods, to root us deeply in Sedona sacred land. Brewed with oat milk, cardamom and other spices, cacao is once again our delicious invitation to dwell in and operate from the heart.

An exquisit and potent ecstatic set will let us integrate and share energy in the ways we'll each individually desire. This sacred container is open to all souls and bodies felt called to partake to this journey together.
